Do you deliver to my area? ⌄
We deliver across select neighborhoods in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, and Hyderabad. Enter your address at checkout to confirm.
How are vegetarian items labeled? ⌄
We follow FSSAI guidelines. Green dot indicates Vegetarian, Red dot indicates Non-Veg. Jain-friendly items are marked “Jain” and prepared without root vegetables and garlic.
Do you offer Jain-friendly customization? ⌄
Yes. Select “Jain-friendly” on eligible pizzas to exclude onions, garlic, and root vegetables. Preparation happens on a dedicated prep area to minimize cross-contact.
What if my pizza arrives cold? ⌄
Contact us within 24 hours with your order ID and a photo. We’ll arrange a priority replacement or a refund on a case-by-case basis.
Do you have gluten-free or vegan options? ⌄
We offer vegan cheese options on select pizzas. Gluten-free base is in pilot at limited outlets—availability appears during checkout based on your address.
What payment methods do you accept? ⌄
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), major debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery in select areas. All online payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available? ⌄
COD is available for orders up to ₹1,200 in supported PIN codes. For higher values or prepaid offers, please use UPI or cards.
How do refunds work? ⌄
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. For UPI, it’s often instant once processed.
My order is delayed or incorrect. What should I do? ⌄
Share your order ID and an issue description. We’ll investigate and resolve swiftly—either fast-track delivery, issue a fix, or process a refund/replacement.
Do you handle allergens and cross-contact? ⌄
Common allergens include gluten, dairy, and nuts (pesto). While we take precautions and offer labeled options, our kitchens are not 100% allergen-free.
